Pre-Apprenticeship Experience
Progress Residential’s Pre-Apprenticeship is a 4-8 week program offering a dedicated plan to accelerate your career as a Maintenance or Service Technician. We provide on-the-job learning and mentorship to current students of our partnering technical and vocational programs and colleges across the U.S.
Apprenticeship Experience
Progress Residential’s Apprenticeship is available to recent graduates from our partner schools and provides a full time opportunity to join the Progress team. This 3-6 month program is dedicated to advancing you through your career as a technician while you continue to build your future with us.
