Our ever growing family. I have never worked within an organization that employs the right people like Progress Residential does. We all get on so well and work so well together. Excluding Monday mornings.
We have over 2,500 homes with 2 or more residents living in each property. This means that we can have 5,000 residents call in a service-related work order at any one time. My responsibilities include vetting those work orders to wither our talented Service Technicians or to one of our many Vendors/General Contractors. By making the right decisions, we minimize disruption for our residents.
I have a phobia of balloons. I guess Oprah and I can’t both be wrong.
In my previous life, I used to own and operate bars and nightclubs around Europe. I had many ways to generate interest to make these places thrive, including magic tricks and learning how to walk on stilts.

My favorite part of my role involved developing new and interesting ways to analyze home demand such as building dashboards and interactive graphs to not only help the team, but our peers in the field.
First thing I would do is split the money with my parents. With all the years of being there for me during my childhood and making sure I succeed in everything I do, a reward is definitely deserved.
I was a kickboxing trainer in college and I sparred with an Olympic boxer representing Honduras. But I also have a creative side where I create graphic designs and logos for t-shirts in my spare time.
I would go for a nice walk to the zoo or the botanical gardens with my fiance to catch a glimpse of exotic animals from all over the world or to be among the rare and colorful plant life that we wouldn't ordinarily see.
