The Accounts Payable T&E Specialist will support (50% of the time) and maintain the day to day activities of all Travel and Entertainment expense functions, including travel reimbursement expense reporting, receipt audit, corporate card, and travel policy adherence. The role reports to the AP Supervisor. This specialist will also be responsible for high volume, detailed invoice processing (50% of the time).  Must be organized, experienced with general ledger codes to allocate invoices properly for data entry, multi-task, and meet daily production requirements.

Essential Functions

  • Review, code, and data entry high volume invoicing on a daily basis.

  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

  • Perform day to day administrative duties of the Concur System

  • Review weekly and monthly reports to ensure that data is processed correctly per Corporate policy

  • Review expense reports submitted by employees for overall reasonableness and receipt attachment, ensuring that users are not in violation of Corporate T&E policies

  • Provide solutions to user(s) problems in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction and productivity

  • Cross train with other team members.

  • Communicate with offsite personnel for invoice resolution.

  • Assist in implementing enhanced company processes. 


  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable department.

  • 2 to 3 or more years of experience with T&E in Concur

  • Yardi experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables).

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Organized work approach.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently when needed.

  • Positive interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Works well in a team environment.

  • Honest, ethical and handles things in confidential manner.
