Progress Residential is hiring an Asset Management Intern for the summer of 2023. The Internship will provide a unique experience and invaluable look into our growing portfolio of single-family properties across the US and how we operate and manage these assets. The internship will accelerate your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to understand the Single-Family Real Estate business as you develop your career. Program participants will receive real-world training and participate in networking and learning opportunities in an office environment.
The summer internship will generally begin in June 2023 and end in August 2023.
Work closely with your assigned business unit and participate in the day-to-day operations of the assigned group.
Gather and Create data to perform Detailed Analysis on Project On-Time to help determine the leading causes of a Late Project Completion.
Research projects, identify process/reporting gaps, and work with appropriate business partners on a solution to close the gap.
Assist Sr. Pricing Analyst with research on pricing Change Orders to identify markets/line items where adjustments in pricing may be needed.
Accurately identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-users’ issues, requests, and/or questions.
Spend time rotating amongst the business unit to explore and expand your understanding of Progress and the SFR asset class.
Contribute to special projects in support of the business.
·The internship is designed for results-oriented and entrepreneurial candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate.
·Applicants should be self-motivated, creative, disciplined ad exhibit a demonstrated interest in the real estate industry.
·Current MBA student within an accredited college or university.
·Experience with MS Office suite and knowledge of Salesforce or related systems.
·Strong presentation skills
·Ability to network and develop strong relationships

·Solid written and oral communication skills
·Ability to work independently and collaboratively
