The Associate Product Manager Marketing Technology will help drive innovative solutions, lead development of brand-new experiences, enhance existing products, and help transform the technology to manage the company’s real estate assets. You will have an opportunity to join an established, growing team where the product is critical to the success of the organization. In this role, you will marry your skills to communicate, prioritize, and execute change, with strategic sensibility and a passion for being customer obsessed. Your goal will be to build trust with your stakeholders and product team to deliver excellent technology products, while growing your perspective and discipline of product management.


  • Partner with leaders to understand strategic growth initiatives, and align product priorities with the company’s overall strategy and goals

  • Work with Sr. Product Manager to make decisions for the direction of the technology products

  • Work with Engineering and Business Applications teams to plan, support, and execute change within the technology

  • Communicate with the business on product priorities, release timelines, and how the products are evolving to meet strategic and operational objectives

  • Facilitate in-person discovery to gain deep empathy and insight into the user journey and problem statement, and author user stories with acceptance criteria for product changes

  • Create process models and diagrams to facilitate calls and provide direction to Business Stakeholders and Product Team

  • Implement test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve and iterate on product capabilities

  • Work closely with software engineering to define product requirements and coordinate resources

  • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further optimizing these processes

  • Responsible for developing training and effectively communicate organizational change to all stakeholders

  • Identify and define KPIs to enable data-driven decision making, product performance, and ensure the benefit to the users’ process


  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred with 2-3 years of technology product experience

  • Exposure to Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum methodology

  • Exposure to Marketing Technology Stacks Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager

  • Adept at executive-level communication and stakeholder management

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing, growth environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction

  • Fosters teamwork and mutual respect throughout the company
