Position Summary

The Audit Administrator is primarily responsible for compiling invoice sample selections in connection with external audits. He/she will also be responsible for assisting the accounts payable department during audit downtimes.

Essential Functions

  • Compile copies of invoices selected by the external auditor

  • Confirm invoice matches the amount listed in the general ledger

  • Assist with other audit requests, as needed

  • Review, code, and enter a high volume of invoices during audit downtimes

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting role

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Real Estate/Property Management experience a strong plus

  • Yardi experience a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
