Position Summary

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development of Digital Products to market success. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer digital product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. They will be highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of agile product development and iteration - from conception through release and maintenance. This role will involve working with and guiding cross-functional teams (internal and external) in the successful creation of products that improve the customers’ digital experiences and grow market share.

Essential Functions

* Collaborate with IT/Engineering, Marketing, Business Analysts, UX/UI and internal and external teams to create and prioritize a comprehensive product roadmap for our consumer-facing web properties.
* Analyze the market to make sure the product continues to offer advantages over its competitors.
* Assist in gathering requirements and assessing needs of a given project/task.
* Understand the prospect and resident persona and develop unique value propositions for both.
* Monitor, analyze, and act on key product and web analytics.
* Continually improve our digital product suite: increase web traffic; self-support capabilities; increase CSAT/NPS/CES and boost customer lifetime value (LTV).
* Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved.
* Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
* Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for wireframe construction and final product development by IT/engineering teams.
* Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, success metrics and ROI.
* Participate in developing new concepts for future product launches
* Analyze and report data on digital product enhancements, errors, defects, and overall team performance.
* Act as a joint product owner with stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
* 4+ years of strong experience in a dynamic product management role (focus on consumer facing products).
* Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
* Highly effective cross-functional team management skills.
* 3+ years of previous experience delivering finely tuned product management strategies
* Exceptional communication skills, particularly to communicate technical solutions and their benefits, limits and risks in accessible language to stakeholders with varying technical understanding
* Knowledge and understanding of good practice in digital product design and development.
* Excellent and up-to-date grasp of digital technologies, user experience design and research techniques and the effective use of them.
* 2+ years of previous experience working with Adobe product suite (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics).
* Previous experience and understanding of Agile practices and methodologies.
* Adept at using a range of digital systems, applications, software and websites.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
* Excellent team-working, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
