Position Summary:

The Director of HOA Operations is responsible for all lease related compliance activities and managing all relations, activities, and workflows relating to HOA properties owned by Progress Residential or its affiliates. This position is based in Scottsdale, AZ and will report directly to the VP Property Tax, HOA & Municipal Relations.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Direct and manage a high-volume transactional domestic team and oversight offshore team members.

  • Ensure all systems and processes operate smoothly and align with our quality standards and helping to maximize the efficiency of all business procedures between the domestic and offshore teams

  • Responsible for development of and monitoring of key KPI’s necessary to provide a data driven oversight model across relevant functions, to include accounting, legal and the residential markets.

  • Build and maintain processes that meet our business objectives, ensure compliance and drive efficiency

  • Consider the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into strategic plans

  • Work with the various HOA teams to document and create training and procedures to foster a continuous improvement culture

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience managing high volume transactional teams

  • 5 years of HOA management or law-related experience

  • B.A. degree required in business preferred

  • Management of offshore team members a plus

  • Advanced computer skills especially with Microsoft Office, experience in SalesForce a plus

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to be independent and a self-starter: is self-motivated and takes initiative

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
