This Procurement Director role will focus on the integration of acquisition companies or portfolios and/or the start up of new expansion markets.  This role be the representative and delegate of all Procurement departments on the integration teams and must be a collaborative leader who can understand complex and or ambiguous information and help craft an integration plan for each project.

This role will also be accountable for any Procurement activity directly related to Progress Third Party Property Management Services (PR3M /PRMS) including 1-3 Vendor Managers

This role will also lead a small staff of program managers and coordinators to oversee any national, centrally managed programs that Procurement is responsible for in support of the RTS and National Operations teams Procurement Supports


  • Project leader / delegate for Procurement on all Major Acquisitions Integrations and Market Expansions, partnering with the Vendor & Materials Management, RTS Systems and local Operations to ensure the Vendor Network is transitioned or development to meet the operations needs of the market (This role is focused on Service and light- and normal-turns.

  • Focal Point and Procurement Leader for Property Management Services (partnering with Vendor Management team)

  • Procurement Leader for centrally managed, National Programs (currently landscaping, sepctics, but could expand to programs like Pools, Smart Home, etc)

  • As a leader, develop direct reports to ensure teams goals are met consistently.  Work with employees to develop their functional, leadership and communication skills so they can achieve their career goals

Minimum Requirement

  • Associate Level Degree Business, Construction, Supply Chain

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Direct knowledge of Property Management based Vendor Sourcing and management working with SFR, MFR, Trade Services broker or any high-volume general contractors.

  • Ability to understand and negotiate trade services agreements and statements of work.

  • Ability to understand typical trade contractors across a broad spectrum of trades.  (ie the pricing trends for plumbing)
