This Procurement Director role will focus on the day-to-day management of Renovation Contractors.  This manager will lead of team 8-20 of Renovation Vendor Coordinators whom own 20-30 vendors each.  This task will include near daily check-ins with the vendor on the status of each job.   This conversation will also lead to an understanding of each assigned vendors capacity and capability.  The team will be responsible for knowing the overall capacity and partner with other Renovation and Procurement leaders to ensure we have 125% capacity for the acquisition forecast.

This leader will effectively be responsible for the performance of this team as well as the renovation partners and the KPI’s of schedule and quality performance.  (Note other procurement leaders will own cost KPI)


  • A manager of large team of individuals, this leader will drive compliance to standard processes for renovation management.  This will include training, development and performance management of each individual on the team.

  • Seek and implement process improvement opportunities to reduce the effort to manage renovation vendors in Dash Relay.

  • Procurement Leader partnering with other Procurement and Renovation Leaders to increase our capability and capacity to manage renovations.


  • Associates degree in Business, Construction or Supply Chain

  • At least five (8) years of direct experience in construction or trades management with three involving direct people leadership accountabilities

  • Direct knowledge of Property Management based Vendor Sourcing and management working with SFR, MFR, Trade Services broker or any high-volume general contractors.

  • Ability to understand and negotiate trade services agreements and statements of work.

  • Ability to understand typical trade contractors across a broad spectrum of trades.  (i.e. the pricing trends for plumbing)


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction or Supply Chain
