JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
The Director Renovation Program Management will oversee all programs related to the delivery of software systems and processes to support Progress’s Renovations function. This role will initially focus on the program management for a new renovations scoping and date capture software package ("Scoping Program") and then moving into further process improvement and oversight of process and systems infrastructure. With this, the position will ensure that the Scoping Program meets/exceeds the requirements for functionality and that components are delivered on time and on budget. This position will become the subject matter expert for Renovations processes and will work with Senior Leaders in the Renovations function to improve processes and central support.
This individual will have a background in program management and systems analysis with an ability to understand renovations processes and recommend improvements. With this, a knowledge base of business process improvement, program management and systems design will be mandatory.
The position will report to the Vice President of Process Improvement.
Manage the development and implementation of the Scoping Program. Ensure that intended functionality exceeds current industry standards and pushes the Company forward in utilizing the tools to improve Renovations performance.
Work in tandem with Renovations Leaders to understand limitations of current processes and recommend systems, reporting and software improvements to improve Renovations KPIs. In doing this, work with the following internal teams:

Data Analytics - Quantitative Strategies
Business Intelligence (BI)
Information Technology (IT)
Finance and Accounting
Manage both an internal project team for the Scoping Program and external vendor resources to complete development tasks; liaison with supporting Central functions, including IT and the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure coordination.
Ensure the Scoping Program is developed in lockstep with functional goals of other Progress software packages such Dash/Relay, Fieldpro and Customer Portal Software.
Collect requirements for cross functional teams to create renovations systems architecture and support processes. Develop project timelines and stretch goals in conjunction with other Initiatives in the Company.
Research third party solutions and work with the Information Technology team to evaluate build versus buy decisions; continuously evaluate trends and oncoming technology to advise on how functionality of the Renovations systems could be enhanced
Provide program updates to Senior Leaders articulating issues in relatable terms to drive decisioning and resource allocation.
Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following related fields: business administration, economics, supply chain mgmt., engineering(industrial, systems, general)
8-10 years of related experience in business process improvement, program management, project management, and supply chain mgmt.
Strong technical writing skills and presentation abilities
An inquisitive desire to make things better, not just settle for status quo; coupled with an aptitude to be innovative, creative and forward thinking
Capacity to intake information on current trends and oncoming technology to guide functions of Renovations strategy
Ability to communicate and advise decisioning with the Senior Management Team
