Position Summary

The Email Marketing Specialist will report to the Digital Communications Manager on the Digital Marketing Team to create and execute responsive and personalized email campaigns to nurture the relationship of B2C and B2B customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Essential Functions

* Build, test and deploy email and SMS marketing campaigns, automations, and journeys
* Ensure emails are efficiently coded and consistently rendering across email clients and devises
* Utilize Everest email analytics platform to ensure email optimization and message deliverability
* Monitor marketing automation programs; troubleshoot and resolve issues at any time during campaign building, launching and post-launch process
* Adhere to email best practices, understanding of CAN-SPAM
* Standardize, clean, and upload contact lists into the marketing platform
* 2+ years’ experience in the creation, setup, and deployment of email marketing campaigns
* Knowledge of marketing automation software, campaign creation, hands-on email development and data management
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
* HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* AMPScript
* Applies process-driven thinking with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple projects in an ever-changing environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration
* Self-motivated to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Superb organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
