The Financial Analyst is responsible for various finance and accounting duties including preparation of monthly reporting packages, debt covenant compliance and analytical review. The position reports to the Accounting Manager.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management and lenders.
Perform detailed financial and variance analysis
Work closely with the FP&A team to gain a thorough understanding of the budgets and forecasts
Prepare monthly cash projections
Provide assistance during annual audits
Conduct special projects, prepare ad hoc reports and other services at the request of management
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
3 - 5 years related accounting/financial analysis experience
Candidate must be proficient in various software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Residential real estate / property management experience a plus
Yardi, Salesforce experience a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to accuracy and detail required
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
