Job Summar

Working under the direction of the National Sales Operations Director this person will monitor multiple platforms to reduce instances of scam and fraud to minimize risk to the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Maintains knowledge on all self-showing and leasing operational functions.

  • Uses fraud detection tools and reports to identify and assess potential fraudulent transactions.

  • Supports market teams with administrative tasks related to scam/theft/fraud. Such as online investigation and reporting of scam/fraud activity.

  • Takes appropriate action, including escalating issues as necessary and communicating any trends to management.

  • Contacts customers when necessary to verify legitimate or fraudulent nature of transactions.

  • Answers routine inquiries from customers.

  • Serves as a resource to market team members assisting with questions, issue resolution, and training.

  • Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

  • Advocates for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying communicating the compelling need through financial metrics and business case.

  • Follows and working within project work plans and timelines to meeting changing needs of requirements.

  • Captures, mitigates and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1 or more years working in operational support role.

  • Knowledge of general real estate, property management or multi-unit housing.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.

  • Fluent oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of local area required.

  • Task orientated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
