JOB SUMMARY
The Manager Digital Content & Syndication is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of Progress Residential’s content production and distribution. This role will manage the relationships with third party internet listing services (ILS), photo and production services, and MLS listing services. The Manager Digital Content & Syndication will work cross functionally with internal teams to continually optimize and distribute content to owned and third-party digital properties. This role will be responsible for establishing and communicating clear and efficient processes and procedures, documenting, and implementing best practices, and ensuring optimal brand and asset presentation to drive conversion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leads the planning, creation, and distribution of home/asset content to owned and third-party websites.
Monitors syndication trends, analyzes competitive marketplace, stays abreast of third-party partner roadmaps, and recommends optimizations to increase customer conversion.
Partners with Director of Demand Generation to optimize content syndication strategies, and leads the implementation of new syndication strategies and vendors to minimize time to market
Collaborates cross functionally including content developers, creative designers, digital product managers, Marketing Tech, and internal stakeholders to ensure best in class brand presentations.
Partners with IT to automate content distribution, reporting and tasks.
Documents and communicates department processes and procedures.
Analyzes and reports on department performance, continually measuring, optimizing, and reporting on efficiency.
Manages marketing production team, MLS team, external contractors, and third party vendors.
Effectively communicates results and key performance metrics clearly, effectively, and proactively across departments and markets
Ensures prompt and professional responses to content syndication escalations
Manages real estate broker relations and commission payment escalations
Stay current on rental real estate by laws and regulations and ensures compliance.
Onboards new markets for MLS, ILS, and owned channels.
Leads and develops test and learn strategies to optimize content and improve conversion rates.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, or engineering
5+ years digital content experience
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated experience partnering with technical resources
Ability to take complex processes and convert into concise recommendations to present to management audiences up to an executive level
Strong track record of proactive planning and managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills to work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment.
Experience with work management tool including but not limited to Asana
Proficient with CRM and automation tools, Salesforce experience a plus
Rently, and Planomatics experience a plus
