Position Summary:

Responsible for managing all on-boarding and off-boarding activities for new Clients and Portfolios for various Progress business channels. The position will be responsible for orchestrating the necessary communication/project management between clients, departments, stakeholders and operations to ensure the smooth on-boarding experience for new clients, portfolios or homes. Additionally, by creating, improving and overseeing the on-boarding process, this position will play an important role in the expansion and retention of current business volumes and the ingestion of new portfolios.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage ingestion/onboarding process for growth clients and new business through various business channels

  • Manage focused team to streamline execution of on-boarding activity

  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders (Marketing, Pricing Revenue, Utilities, Operations, etc.) to expedite the on-boarding process and task execution

  • Identify system improvement opportunities to enhance business process management

  • Planning of specific actions/meetings/processes for new deals

  • Holds teams accountable for established goals and assigned tasks across the project team

  • Audits and holds teams accountable to company policies and procedures

  • Acts swiftly to address performance hurdles

  • Effectively interacts and influences leadership teams around company strategies

  • Ensures that the group provides outstanding customer service and is responsive to requests

  • Coordinates activities to maximize the efficiency of all processes

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of SFR or MFR management experience

  • Previous people management experience

  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools a plus

  • Working knowledge of Yardi and/or Salesforce systems

  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects occurring simultaneously

  • Excellent Microsoft Office products specifically with MS Excell

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.

  • Excellent oral and written and presentation skills.
