Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist will provide assistance to the Marketing team to ensure all processes, tools and systems are working efficiently and optimally across the organization. In this role you will also assist in managing key project deliverables and requests that come to Marketing.
Identify, design, and execute new processes that will enable the marketing team to be more effective in their day-to-day work
Maintain the Marketing budget: review invoices, report on cost savings, analyze ROI, and communicate risks and opportunities
Responsible for tracking and invoicing billable marketing services
Plan marketing team meetings and events, manage meeting agenda, track action items, collect and share meeting notes
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports and distribute to stakeholders.
Oversee the approvals process of deliverables and ensure that proper sign off and acceptance occur
Manage project timelines and deadlines - communicate risks and facilitate timely completion
Conduct quality assurance/quality control of marketing deliverables and home listings/photography
Conduct competitive analyses
Provide supplemental support to the marketing production manager as needed
Identify data discrepancies and troubleshoot source of errors
Work alongside our Demand Generation team to drive lead generation through project management for high-priority campaigns, testing, launch timelines etc.
Continuously measure and report on campaign and source attribution, providing insights for optimization.
Be the liaison between Marketing and key stakeholders; as the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will oversee all incoming requests, ensure they're assigned to proper team members and make sure deadlines are met consistently.
Create and manage the Asana project management boards for the marketing team.
Handle all marketing cases in the case management system - resolve or assign as appropriate.
5+ years' experience in marketing operations or advertising agency
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Asana
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Excels in a cross-functional collaborative environment
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes and optimize performance
