JOB SUMMARY
The MLS Commissions Coordinator will oversee commission process for eligible listed homes within assigned markets. This role will be responsible for answering realtor questions, reviewing commission submissions and sending approved packets for processing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Full understanding of the MLS commission process and amounts
Oversee the MLS case queue and ensure communication or resolution within 48 business hours
Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external MLS agents
Capable of managing high volumes of high-priority cases efficiently
Maintain communication with Vendor Setup and AP to guarantee timely dispatch of payments
Communicate with team supervisor to update set commission rate and available concession packages for homes to be posted on MLS
Communicate with local market for home description discrepancies, Rently box availability, and home status updates
Assist agents with home availability and accessing homes
Daily inbox and chat review for MLS communications and teamwork
Attend MLS(s) webinars and review written material as needed to ensure thorough understanding of posting procedures and the rules and regulations for all MLS(s) utilized by Progress Residential
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED required (preference to BS/BA degree in business or related service experience)
3-5 years’ experience in payment processing preferred
Salesforce and Yardi experience is a plus
MLS experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills to work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment.
Strong data entry skills
Able to work flexibly and productively in a fast changing, growth company
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Works independently with little supervision
Highly detail oriented
