Position Summary:
The National Compliance Validation Specialist (NCVS) is the support mechanism for ensuring compliance on EPA Lead based paint requirements as well as Radon inspection / mitigation regulations to ensure full compliance with State and Federal laws. The NCVS will be dedicated to reviewing, tracking, monitoring, maintaining data and files, as well as reporting critical deficiencies to leadership and Vendor Management. The NCVS will serve as an auditor for EPA Lead Paint compliance and Radon inspections / mitigation efforts to ensure all documentation is present, accounted for and retained prior to payment for any remediation efforts as well as any other duties as assigned. The NCVS will regularly collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all necessary corrective actions are addressed and handled with the vendor in a timely manner. They will also help assist the Vendor Managers to have a solid understanding of the requirements to meet the documentation standards as it relates to EPA Lead Paint requirements as well as Radon inspection / mitigation.
Essential Functions:
Continually assess, validate, and store relevant documentation and ensure full compliance with Federal and/or State Lead-Based Remediation standards.

Collaborates with Vendor Management in their execution of these workflows through the auditing and validation process.
Leverages well-developed in-person and distance relationship building strategies to effectively manage the regulatory lifecycle of all contracted service organizations with a critical component of maintaining an effective vendor performance feedback loop from the respective RTS/PRMS teams (or regional leaders)
Uses experience and tradecraft to recommend process and system improvements to leadership.
Assist in solution development and participate in training, providing education to the Vendor Managers.
Utilize dashboards and workflows to identify work process and any areas of improvement within the auditing process.
Assists in ensuring vendor managers have the appropriate level of understanding and awareness of deficiencies in vendor documentation to maximize likelihood of quick resolution which impacts timing of invoice approval.
Qualifications:
Associate Level Degree, or equivalent business experience.
At least 2 years of experience in compliance auditing, regulatory compliance, or comparable experience.
Proficiency with Salesforce highly preferred
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be independent and a self-starter.
Effective time management skills while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Exhibits judgment and decision-making ability.
Demonstrated ability to present with clarity to a variety of stakeholders.
Work experience involving the construction industry or compliance field
Experience utilizing Asana or other project management platforms.
