Onboarding Compliance Specialist

The successful candidate will play a key role in onboarding newly acquired assets into our HOA database. This individual will develop a partnership with the compliance team to ensure all information is updated and accurate. Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and communication skills are critical to the success of this role. Ideal candidate will demonstrate a growth mindset and suggest future improvements as this position and our business continue to evolve.
Entering data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare for successful onboarding. Review data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities.
Work directly with closing department and ensure all documentation is present for a successful integration.
Proven record of responsiveness with exceptional time management and organization skills.
Professionally represent Progress Residential and work closely HOA communities to develop business relationships
Acquire and maintain knowledge of current state, local, and HOA statutes, policies and/or procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be proficient in MS Office software, Excel and be able to quickly master new technology and systems.
Excellent customer service, communication (written and oral), organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to colleagues and HOA contacts.
Experience working in a high growth organization where concurrent projects have differing priorities and deadlines and may require the need to pivot and realign based on emerging business needs.
Proven relationship management skills with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.
Working knowledge in Yardi and Salesforce.
Demonstrates ability to take initiative, work independently and make sound decisions.
Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, while meeting tight deadlines.
