Position Overview

The successful candidate’s core responsibility is to distribute case assignments and violations to appropriate markets for HOA coordinators to process. This individual will develop a partnership with the compliance team to ensure all information is updated and accurate. Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills are critical to the success of this role. Ideal candidate will demonstrate a growth mindset and suggest future improvements as this position and our business continue to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides direct support to the compliance team including case assignments in their designated markets, monitor incoming mail, creating and distributing multiple reports to the team.

  • Proven record of responsiveness with exceptional time management and organization skills.

  • Professionally represent Progress Residential and work closely with municipal authorities and HOA communities to develop business relationships.

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of current state, local, and HOA statutes, policies and/or procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel with the ability to perform basic formulas in Excel and ability to quickly master new technology and systems.

  • Excellent customer service, communication (written and oral), organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to colleagues, municipality authorities and HOA contacts.

  • Experience working in a high growth organization where concurrent projects have differing priorities and deadlines and may require the need to pivot and realign based on emerging business needs.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with compliance team to ensure and continually enhance inter-department satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge in Yardi and Salesforce is a plus.

  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative, work independently and make sound decisions.

  • Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting tight deadlines.
