RETS Administrative Assistant

RETS Administrative Assistant will provide support to the RETS team to ensure smooth real estate transactions. Primary Responsibilities include managing all paperwork related to closing documents for certain mortgage-backed transactions while complying with legal paperwork procedures and acting as a liaison for all involved stakeholders to provide excellent customer service. (This role is not remote and needs to be based in Scottsdale)
Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed timely and all relevant paperwork distributed to the appropriate parties
Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
Ensure each transaction complies with policy
Daily accurate and timely document management and mail services as necessary to support the team(s)
Provide exceptional support to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience as an administrative assistant and/or mailroom facility
Previous experience in the real estate industry a plus
Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software (Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
