RTS Project Analyst

The Special Project Analyst will be responsible for a variety of projects related to managing Service, Renovations and Turns. The position is a support role that will assist with reporting needs, system maintenance and special projects.
Serve as Business Analyst for select projects and strategic initiatives related to RTS performance
Create a Cost Benefit Analyses for selected Projects to evaluate alternative approaches, provide guidance on data collection and analysis
Optimize and redesign process flows to improve efficiency, lower costs, reduce lead times, and improve quality
Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure
Ensure Projects meet objectives on time and within budget including changes to process, policies, procedures, systems, and technology
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports and PowerPoint to summarize RTS key performance indicators and trends
Define and develop reports to assist Service Coordination
Ability to pull large data sets for ad hoc analysis as needed
Responsible for maintaining stock keeping unit (SKU) material and pricing database
Input data and manage inspection scoping tool
Help define business requirements for enhancing current scoping tool
Monitor Renovation & Turn performance and Change Orders from original scope
Maintain National Renovation and Turn Standards and Product Catalog
Serve as RTS Administrator and provide support for RTS System RTS Process inquiries
Help prioritize enhancements and define business requirements for current RTS Systems
Minimum high school diploma required
Experience in managing multiple projects
SalesForce experience preferred
Extensive excel experience
Organized and self-started
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and multi-task
Proven record of working independently and with minor supervision
An effective team player with a positive attitude
Experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce and Yardi Voyager preferred
