POSITION SUMMARY

The Remote Senior Analyst Revenue Operations plays a key role in delivering strategic initiatives for the Revenue Operations team. Leveraging multiple data & reporting platforms the associate will support the leasing, onboarding, retention, and demand generation teams with analytics and project support.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Directly supports the Manager Revenue Operations on strategic initiatives, providing thought partnership and conducting analysis and research

• Leverages data to analyze tactical and strategic trends in support of initiatives, priorities, and business vast needs

• Involved in strategic review, implementation, and change management for initiatives

• Expected to attend cross functional meetings and represent Revenue Operations stakeholder as appropriate

• Works directly with Revenue Operations leaders to develop recurring and ad-hoc executive presentations

• Able to "see the bigger picture" of organizational goals that unify Revenue Operations and assist leaders in execution of goals

• Clearly communicate areas of opportunities, findings, and ideas with data storytelling

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of technology, finance, engineering, statistics, business or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role

• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to "think outside the box" and bring new ideas/solutions

• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize with timely follow up, and communicate timelines to multiple stakeholders

• Ability to collaborate, influence, and act decisively with the ability to interact cross-functionally

• Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, & Looker and languages such as SQL (preferred)
