Position Summary:

 

Progress Residential is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our executive team.

 

In the role, you’ll report directly to our Chief of Staff and have meaningful exposure to senior leaders through projects and analysis across strategy, operations, finance, business intelligence, resource planning, and more. This is a wear-many hats position where you’ll have influence throughout the organization and play an important role in solving challenging problems while driving business initiatives forward. The role will provide unique exposure and an invaluable look into our growing portfolio of single-family properties across the US and how we operate and manage these assets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to strategic and tactical business initiatives, from development to execution

  • Assist in creation of detailed business and financial analysis, leveraging data to drive critical insights

  • Develop presentations as needed in support of the executive team, including our CoS and CEO

  • Analyze data to evaluate projects and processes

  • Build cross-functional relationships across the organization to develop deep business knowledge

  • Partner with executive support team to facilitate agenda and ad-hoc reporting for certain recurring executive business reviews

?What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience, with a strong academic background, preferably in business or a related field

  • Interest in rapidly growing companies and the intersection between institutional investing and single-family real estate

  • Experience with MS Office Suite

  • Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Ability to distill complex problems into structured takeaways and use of logic to solve problems with effective solutions

  • Curiosity: High intellectual curiosity to learn and proactive approach to all opportunities

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leading others to action

  • Results Orientation and Planning: Strong organizational and time management skills while delivering beyond set objectives and goals

  • Organizational Savvy: Able to build constructive and effective relationships
