Position Summary:

The Senior Digital Analyst will lead the design, implementation, tracking, reporting, and analysis of our Digital Product suite. They will play a critical role in synthesizing raw data into clear, actionable business and product insights to help drive continuous improvement for all our consumer facing digital products; drive desired consumer behaviors; and improve the digital experience. This position will be responsible for conducting both planned and ad hoc analyses, preparing dashboards and forecasts, and communicating insights to a variety of audiences by leveraging offline and online data from multiple sources. This role will also oversee and help in managing the implementation, maintenance and continual optimization of existing and new digital experience technologies.

Essential Functions:

* Conduct analytics assessments to understand current performance, uncover and quantify opportunities for digital experience improvement, and create audience intelligence.
* Interview stakeholders; review and build data, dashboards, reports, and research across digital experiences (including websites, portals, mobile apps, and other digital platforms)
* Create, recommend, and execute relevant measurement strategies and plans based on consumer-centric business goals.
* Audit data collection implementations based on business objectives and best practices.
* Establish KPIs that demonstrate a connection to real business impact and enterprise strategic initiatives.
* Create and dissect dashboard reports/suites for various levels of review.
* Create solution design documents and collaborate with technical teams on data collection implementations.
* Research and leverage data, analytics and business intelligence to shape Digital Product strategies and key performance indicators.
* Participate in audience intelligence projects - creating behavioral segmentation models, profiling and detailing intent-based segments using survey and behavioral data, collaborating with other disciplines to provide a rich understanding of customer dynamics.
* Manage and execute Testing & Optimization programs with analysis, ideation, and test execution/planning, collaborating with other disciplines to identify successful experience strategies and visual design.
* Contribute to personalization initiatives through research, ideas, strategies and methodology execution/plans while collaborating with other stakeholders/departments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree
* At least 5 years of experience in digital/web analytics.
* Experience turning large amounts of data into concise findings and recommendations.
* Strong communication skills to explain complex data, analyses, and findings.
* Experience extracting and analyzing data from Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics and Digital Experience tools (Glassbox, SessionCam, FullStory a plus!).
* Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud.
* Extensive experience with Analytics (Reporting, Implementation, bonus points for Data connectors, ReportBuilder, Survey, Warehouse or Workbench).
* Experience with the Google Marketing Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, testing).
* Demonstrated experience partnering with technical resources (internal and external) to implement web and mobile app analytics tracking.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Bonus points for compatible tools like Optimizely and Visual Website Optimizer.
* Bonus points for experience with data visualization/BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
* Passion for using data to extract meaning, provide context, uncover insights, and identify optimization opportunities.
* Proven experience creating and explaining dashboard reports/suites.
* Successful experience developing and managing expectations of internal teams and outside vendors.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, combined with an internal drive to stay on top of emerging industry trends.
* A natural tendency to set goals, demonstrate a 'go-getter' attitude, and take initiative with little oversight.
* Utilize business and analytical expertise to independently perform proactive analysis and solve business problems.
* Support digital product development projects with analytics expertise, insights, or implementation needed.
* Create presentations to highlight analyses that are optimized for audience types.
* Strong understanding of Agile practices/methodologies.
* Proficiency in SQL a plus.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned or required.
