Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst – Revenue Management to join our Finance team. This role will report to the Senior Director, FP&A and support the Property Manager P&L. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Property Manager Revenue, while partnering cross-functionally with Operations and other business stakeholders to ensure financial plans align with operational objectives.

This position will also support ad hoc requests from executive leadership, deliver actionable insights into revenue performance, and help drive process improvement through reporting automation and efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Manager P&L through financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

  • Lead and support the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning processes related to Property Manager Revenue.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Operations teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure budgets and forecasts are aligned with business performance and operational objectives.

  • Provide actionable insights into revenue performance and recommend strategies to improve financial outcomes.

  • Respond to ad hoc analyses and reporting requests from executive leadership and senior management.

  • Develop, enhance, and automate recurring financial reports and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across FP&A and reporting activities.

  • Build and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.

  • Create clear, concise, and impactful presentations for Finance leadership and business partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience building and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process efficiencies and improve reporting workflows.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial results into clear business insights.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with operational teams and business leaders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
