The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a key role with managing the Renovations Pricing Catalog within our Systems to support Accurate and competitive Regional pricing to keep costs down and to attract and retain our vendor base. Leveraging multiple data & reporting platforms the associate will support the Construction, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Due Diligence Teams with both reporting & analytics.
Influences the pricing strategy for the department for Internal and External customers
Manages Renovations Pricing Database & sets the pricing strategy for the Renovations Pricing Database
Works cross functionally (within the department) to identify improvement opportunities & process gaps to improve Department KPIs
Fulfills ad hoc requests from Director of Strategy & Pricing, VP of Renovations, SVP of Renovations, & COO
Update/Maintain key Operational/Performance reports
Regularly reviews cost-price relationships to ensure pricing models are profitable
Bachelor’s degree in the field of technology, finance, engineer, or business administration or 5 or more years of progressive experience in a business analyst role.
5 years’ experience working as an analyst
2 years’ experience in Pricing
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to "think outside the box" and bring new ideas/solutions to go above and beyond on a task
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize with timely follow up
Requires abstract thinking and creative solutions
Technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Data visualization software and Power Point) as well as other computer applications
Ability to collaborate and act decisively with the ability to interact effectively inside and outside the department
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
