Talent Operations Manager

The Talent Operations Manager is responsible for the delivery and execution of exceptional recruitment services across multiple business units throughout the organization. This will include all Recruiting processes, procedures and KPI deliverables. The incumbent will have day to day oversight of the corporate recruiting team in addition to external partners to support the rapid growth of the business. In addition, this individual will have responsibility for ensuring our Internal Mobility Program is running efficiently and that all processes, procedures, and communications are consistent and timely. The individual will have matrixed reporting responsibility to the head of People Operations for the assigned client (e.g., Selene Holdings).
Ensures all recruiting processes are streamlined, efficient and consistent and the recruiting teams are consistently trained to meet the needs of the organization.
Train users and, develop and establish best practices across the ATS (e.g. BalanceTrak) platform to advance our ability to source, screen and hire top talent as efficiently as possible.
Investigate and determine advanced technology options to scale the organizations talent capabilities.
Manage a team of recruiters, coordinators and/or sourcing specialists and outside vendors (i.e. RPO) and provide support, direction, and guidance to maximize the team’s execution.
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and team goals and help build strategies to deliver exceptional results.
Provide thorough communication and updates to key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Manage process improvement projects and be an active participant in the Talent Leadership meetings and discussions.
Manage implementation and migration to new technology and platforms; act as the key process owner for the assigned client.
Organize and participate in the development of strategic programs to include but not limited to College/University Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Veteran, and Alumni.
Maintain meticulous data via our Applicant Tracking System(s) and report weekly to the assigned client.
Help define on-going recruitment strategies across the company as well as provide feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting operations.
Participate and facilitate ongoing trainings and presentations on recruitment efforts at company meetings.
Stay up to speed with recruiting tools and resources, industry trends and market hiring and salary trends to better understand our competitive landscape.
Use a metric driven approach to track and run pipelines and provide constant reports on pipelines.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to include EEO, OFFCCP guidelines and reporting requirements.
7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment and at least 2 years of managing a team in a corporate environment.
Operations leadership experience in a high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree required; masters preferred or equivalent work experience
Must be self-motivated strong negotiator with an excellent work ethic
A strong communicator with interpersonal and networking skills
Track record of success collaborating with internal business partners to find, engage and hire exceptional talent
Systems thinker and capability to manage projects from implementation through completion.
Passionate about "relationship-driven" recruiting and a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with prospective candidates
Impeccable follow up and attention to detail; comfortable handling a robust pipeline of candidates and juggling multiple priorities
Knowledge and ability to apply federal and state legislation as it relates to employment matters and recruitment practices
Proficiency using ATS systems (iCIMS, Workday, BalanceTrak or Greenhouse preferred)
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work outside of normal work hours as needed
