Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and business-minded Technology Operations Analyst to support the strategic and operational priorities of the Technology organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence through data, technology delivery, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate is sharp and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity. This role strengthens cross-functional alignment, enhances visibility into Technology initiatives, and enables effective collaboration across engineering leadership and business partners.
Essential Functions:
Establish, maintain, and continuously update integrated Technology roadmaps aligned to organizational goals.
Lead roadmap ceremonies and reviews, preparing materials, collecting updates, and documenting decisions and next steps.
Manage roadmap intake, scoring, and prioritization, including capacity planning and cross-team dependency assessment.
Track initiative timelines, milestones, risks, and issues, escalating items requiring leadership attention.
Serve as administrator for the technology project delivery toolset, including workflow changes, field configuration, permissions, automation, and reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reporting for delivery, capacity, and operational KPIs.
Support intake, triage, prioritization, and delivery tracking processes with clear, executive-ready communication.
Monitor adherence to software delivery lifecycle (SLDC) and operational processes, strengthening consistency and delivery governance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational clarity, transparency, and cross-team effectiveness.
Collaborate with engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and Technology leadership to ensure shared visibility into priorities and dependencies.
Facilitate cross-team discussions to gather requirements, clarify inputs, and drive informed decision-making.
Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, presentations, and communication materials.
Provide analytical support to Technology leadership, including insights generation, KPI tracking, strategic initiative monitoring, and documentation (templates, workflows, process guidelines)
Support goal tracking and operational initiative reporting across the department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Industrial/Process Engineering, Information Systems or related field).
2–5 years of experience in technology or business operations, PMO/portfolio operations, program coordination, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience administering or supporting project management tooling, preferably Jira/Confluence.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Agile or Kanban practices and planning cycles.
Ability to build dashboards and reporting using operational tooling.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-ready content creation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to introduce structure to ambiguity.
High ownership mentality with proactive follow-through.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
